Flock and Rally Welcomes Olivia Hyatt as Vice President of Strategy
April 15, 2025 (COLUMBIA, S.C.) – Flock and Rally, a women-owned and led integrated marketing and communications agency based in Columbia, South Carolina, proudly announces the addition of Olivia Hyatt as its new vice president of strategy. A dynamic and results-driven media powerhouse, Hyatt brings more than 12 years of experience in marketing leadership, account management, and client advocacy across agency, media vendor and corporate roles.

In this role, Hyatt will lead the award-winning paid, owned and earned media departments, driving data-informed integrated strategies to help clients achieve their business goals. As a member of the executive leadership team, she will collaborate across Flock and Rally’s departments to continue growing the agency’s portfolio.
A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, Hyatt’s career has spanned roles with WACH FOX TV, Buonasera Media, and most recently La-Z-Boy Southeast, where she served on the leadership team as content marketing manager. There, she managed their digital advertising, oversaw the content creation team, wrote and published educational content and managed their sales lead-generation platforms — all while leading strategic marketing conversations with regional and national corporate stakeholders.
Hyatt has also led national media campaigns and managed complex, cross-platform initiatives for clients across education, healthcare, retail, government and hospitality. She earned certifications with Google, HubSpot and IMPACT+ Content Management and is proficient in a wide array of digital marketing tools and platforms — spanning programmatic demand-side platforms (DSPs), paid social channels, and video and audio streaming services.

Hyatt’s extensive resume includes facilitating multi-million-dollar media campaigns, negotiating high-profile sponsorships and speaking at industry conferences. She is an active alumna and past chair of the University of South Carolina’s Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management Alumni Society Board. She’s a member of the Junior League of Columbia and has volunteered with several Midlands non-profit organizations, including the March of Dimes of South Carolina, Historic Columbia and JDRF Midlands.
