Overview of Position

Flock and Rally is looking for a highly motivated, solutions-oriented professional who’s ready to grow their talents in the advertising industry. This is an opportunity to be part of Flock and Rally’s fast-growing advertising team and collaborate with some of the most exciting ad clients in the region.

As the Advertising Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the workflow of the Flock and Rally Advertising Department.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates a centralized status checklist to track progress of all media buys, from internal onboarding to delivery and reconciliation.  

  • Creates and oversees a structured internal workflow to efficiently manage advertising specs and traffic deadlines for all advertising deliverables.

  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure mechanical advertising specs are accurately shared with project managers and the Flock and Rally ad creative team. 

  • Ensures final creative materials are trafficked and/or delivered to appropriate media  vendors, including social, digital, TV, and other forms of traditional and electronic media.

  • Leads the media vendor reconciliation process, ensuring all ad invoices are accurately  recorded and any discrepancies are identified and resolved with the help of the advertising team. 

  • Provides oversight across multiple advertising accounts, ensuring seamless coordination of client communications, timelines and project execution. 

  • Supports the media team by gathering and organizing campaign performance data,  helping ensure media buyers have complete, accurate information to meet reporting deadlines and deliver timely insights to clients.  

  • Helps to train and manage media interns as needed.

Preferred skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, related field or equivalent on-the job experience. 

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a marketing or media environment.

  • Experience in task-tracking and project management software. 

  • Able to adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities in response to evolving client or department needs. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to manage complex projects and formulas. 

  • Capable of working independently and managing projects from start to finish.

  • Takes initiative in acquiring new skills and taking on workload. 

  • Must exhibit professionalism and confidence in working with vendors, team members and clients.
