Flock and Rally is hiring an Accountant

Accountant

Job Description

Overview of Position

This is a full-time position focused on the accounting for an advertising and communications agency working with unique software under accrual accounting methods. Your love for detail and open to mastering new software will shine as this position is essential to the functions of the company.

As an out-of-the-box thinker and motivated person, you will be joining our values-driven agency of unicorns, flamingos, data nerds and responsible grown-ups directly supporting our executive team and clients. This position is based in our downtown Columbia, S.C., headquarters and reports to the CEO. Compensation is based on experience, but a range is available upon request.

This position is responsible for AR/AP, planning, reviewing accounts, tracking Key Performance Indicators, and implementing strategies for our 18-person staff (and growing) and approximately 40+ clients. While we are currently working in QuickBooks Online, one of your first goals will be to close out QuickBooks and transfer 2024 into a new software, Workamajig. Coaching support for the transfer is available so knowledge of the new software is not a requirement.
