Since 2007, Twitty has worked in a variety of communications positions across South Carolina. Most recently, Twitty was an integrated marketing manager for Infinity Marketing in Greenville, South Carolina, where she served as a key relationship manager and developed marketing strategies for some of the firm’s largest integrated clients.

Prior to joining Infinity Marketing, Twitty was the director of marketing and communications at Historic Columbia and the public relations manager at the South Carolina State Museum. Additionally, she has worked at Cyberwoven as an account manager and at the American Red Cross as a regional communications director — where she deployed on several natural disasters and served as national media spokesperson.

“Flock and Rally has always had a wonderful reputation and has been on the forefront of developing innovative and creative marketing solutions,” says Twitty. “I’m thrilled to join the team and continue to showcase the individuality of Flock and Rally’s robust client base.”

Since starting with Flock and Rally in May 2021, Twitty has begun working with an array of clients, including Able South Carolina, Central Carolina Community Foundation, Freeway Music, the South Carolina State Fair, the Engineering Research Visioning Alliance and the South Carolina Institute of Medicine and Public Health, providing communications strategy, planning and implementation services.

Twitty is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with an undergraduate degree in journalism and mass communications as well as a master’s degree in public administration from the College of Charleston.
