Flock and Rally Receives Five American Advertising Awards

Agency earns three Gold ADDYs, one Silver ADDY and a Special Judges Award for integrated work across South Carolina brands

COLUMBIA, S.C. (Monday, March 9, 2026)Flock and Rally, a women-owned and led integrated marketing and communications agency based in Columbia, South Carolina, was honored with five ADDY Awards from the American Advertising Federation (AAF Midlands) at the annual American Advertising Awards. Honors included three Gold ADDYs, one Silver ADDY and a Special Judges Award recognizing cross-platform creative and strategic excellence. The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting more than 40,000 entries nationwide.

At the 2026 American Advertising Awards, Flock and Rally received a Gold ADDY for the South Carolina State Fair’s 2025 commercial, two honors for OneSpartanburg, Inc’s “Take a Bite Out of the Burg” campaign, a Gold ADDY for Palmetto Pride’s SC Sweep initiative and a Silver ADDY for 5210 SC brand elements.

Gold ADDY: Television Advertising, Local

Flock and Rally earned top honors for the South Carolina State Fair’s 2025 television commercial, developed under the fair’s “Harvesting Happiness” theme. Filmed at a local South Carolina farm, the cinematic, story-driven spot brings the fair’s agricultural roots to life through a warm, playful narrative. The commercial blends live-action footage with high-end visual effects to realistically animate farm animals, resulting in a distinctive, attention-grabbing execution recognized with Gold ADDYs and Best in Show in Elements of Advertising.

OneSpartanburg: Take a Bite Out of the Burg

Special Judges Award: Cross-Platform Integrated Brand Identity Campaign

Flock and Rally’s integrated brand identity campaign for OneSpartanburg, Inc., “Take a Bite Out of the Burg,”showcased Spartanburg’s personality in a playful, authentic way, positioning the county as a place to “taste” its cuisine, culture, careers and lifestyle. The integrated umbrella campaign unified eight sub-campaigns through bold visuals, charismatic copy, and coordinated paid, PR and digital storytelling. 

Palmetto Pride: SC Sweep

Gold ADDY: Integrated Media, Corporate Social Responsibility Campaign

Flock and Rally earned a Gold ADDY for SC Sweep, a refreshed statewide litter cleanup campaign created with Palmetto Pride, South Carolina’s anti-litter organization. Launched in spring 2025, the campaign introduced a new name, brand identity and week-of-action concept, supported by digital outreach and a promotional toolkit for affiliate partners. SC Sweep delivered statewide impact with cleanups in all 46 counties, removing 163,415 pounds of litter, engaging 1,948 volunteers for 4,141 hours, and producing an estimated $144,033 in cost avoidance for local governments and municipalities.

Silver ADDY: Public Service Elements, Brand Elements

Flock and Rally partnered with the University of South Carolina’s Arnold School of Public Health to create 5210 SC brand elements and a scalable partner toolkit, guidelines, a social media playbook and ready-to-use visual assets, that help SNAP-ED and SNAC-supported organizations deliver consistent, four-step healthy-living messaging statewide.

In addition, Flock and Rally received recognition alongside partners who were honored for collaborative work for the South Carolina State Fair and Riverbanks Zoo & Garden.
