Chapin Commercial Construction, a family-owned general contracting firm based in Chapin, S.C., first teamed up with Flock and Rally to create a strategic marketing plan that would help sharpen their brand and support their growth goals. That initial collaboration laid the groundwork for a long-term partnership, with our team now serving as Chapin Commercial Construction’s official marketing agency.

To build a strong foundation, the Flock and Rally team refreshed the company’s brand, developed brand and messaging guidelines, and created a custom social media playbook to guide content and engagement. We also designed and launched a new, mobile-friendly website that tells the Chapin Commercial Construction story, showcases their work and makes it easy for potential clients to get in touch.

Ongoing services include social media management, public relations, advertising, website maintenance and graphic design. Our PR efforts have landed several editorial stories that highlight the company’s projects and people, while digital ad campaigns have successfully boosted engagement and generated quality leads.
