Mary Kate Korpita is a strategic communications professional from Columbia, S.C. With more than 10 years of strategic communications experience, Mary Kate oversees the client experience at Flock and Rally, serving as a key strategist to create and maintain high-impact work while driving agency growth through innovative marketing and business strategies.

Before joining Flock and Rally in 2019, she worked in Dallas for global communications marketing firm Edelman, specializing in corporate communications, strategic planning and content strategy. Mary Kate has worked in various communications positions for nonprofits across South Carolina, including the South Carolina Broadcasters Association and the SC Governor's School For Science & Mathematics Foundation.

A member of the leadership team, Mary Kate leads Flock and Rally clients through strategic planning processes, developing marketing plans, brand guidelines and integrated communications strategies for clients, including Able South Carolina, OneSpartanburg, Inc., Disability Rights South Carolina and the S.C. Institute of Medicine and Public Health.

Mary Kate attended the University of South Carolina and earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications. She is a graduate of Leadership Columbia and currently serves as the vice board chair for the ColaJazz Foundation and the treasurer of the Elmwood Park Neighborhood Association. In 2024, Mary Kate was named Best and Brightest 35 and Under by Columbia Business Monthly.
