Leah Lewis

administrative and culture coordinator

Leah Lewis serves as administrative and culture coordinator at Flock and Rally, where she supports day-to-day operations, office management and human resources while helping foster the agency’s culture and core values. Working behind the scenes, she focuses on creating an organized, welcoming and people-centered environment that supports the team’s success.

Prior to joining Flock and Rally, Lewis served as a business development assistant at Miller Valentine Construction and as senior director of program development at the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, where she led initiatives supporting local business growth and community engagement.

Lewis is actively involved in the Columbia community, serving on the ColaJazz Foundation Board of Directors and the Columbia Opportunity Resource Board of Directors from 2024–2025, as well as the Historic Columbia Palladium Board in 2024. In 2023, she was recognized as one of Columbia Business Monthly’s Best and Brightest Under 35.

A Columbia native, Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in retailing from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, she enjoys all things music-related, whether it be concerts or on the mic at karaoke. She’s also into painting, traveling and relaxing at the beach.
